Bariatric SURGERY Nutriton

Navigate your journey with confidence

PREPARING FOR SURGERY

We’ll create a personalised pre-hab nutrition plan which focuses on establishing healthy dietary routines, improving nutrient levels in your body, and familiarising you with the nutritional foods you’ll use after surgery.

RECOVERING FROM SURGERY

We guide you through essential dietary plans while your body recovers from weight-loss (bariatric) surgery and adapts to a reduced stomach size. Your meal plans accomodate dietary intolerances, give you specific step-by-step guidance for reintroducing foods after surgery and review your vitamin and mineral blood results, tailoring vitamin supplements to meet your specific needs.
